Federal cases are mandated eFiling, but require paper copies delivered to Judge’s chambers by a mandated deadline. Each federal judge has requirements for delivery time and format – with or without blue-backs, binders or exhibit tabs. DDS Legal courtroom documents specialists will assemble federal chambers copies with exhibit tabs (even binders, as requested), then deliver to judge’s chambers by requested deadline.
Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, you will receive a real-time Proof of Delivery (POD) indicating to whom and time delivered.
